Parent Connection, in partnership with the VBCPS Parent Support and Information Center, will present a Community Resource Fair on Monday, November 9, from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at Landstown High School. This event will offer information on children/adult disability services, recreational programs, vocational information, respite services, support/advocacy groups, transition services and more.  On Thursday, November 12, Parent Connection and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters will host “Me, MySpace and I: Parenting the Net Generation.” This workshop will be located at the CHKD Brickhouse Auditorium from 7-9 p.m. The session will offer suggestions for proactive parenting to help your child thrive in a virtual world while maintaining strong family connections.
